- 20% discount on most dental procedures (excludes whitening gel & nitrous oxide)
- $5,000 maximum annual benefit
Perio Plan – $650/person
For patients who need periodontal maintenance. Includes:
- 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year (debridement included as one)
- 4 fluoride treatments per year
- Exams and x-rays as needed
- Cosmetic consultation for veneers or other elective treatments

Do you take my insurance?
Yes, almost all insurances are accepted here (Medicaid is the exception). We also welcome TRICARE for service members. We verify your coverage and review any costs with you before your appointment.
What if I don’t have insurance?
You don’t have to skip care. We offer a Patient Benefit Program with two membership options:
- Prophy Plan – covers routine 6-month cleanings
- Perio Plan – for gum health with 3–4 cleanings a year
Both include exams, x-rays, and discounts on other treatments.
Do you treat dental emergencies?
Yes. Toothache, broken tooth, abscess, call us right away. We do our best to see emergencies the same day, and we’ll guide you on what to do until you get here.
Do you see children?
Yes. We love working with kids. We keep things gentle, build trust, and make visits as easy and fun as possible.
What sedation options are available?
We offer laughing gas, oral meds, and IV sedation with an anesthesia provider. We’ll match the option to your comfort level so you can get through treatment without all the stress.
Do you provide cosmetic dentistry?
